Hello! Me and one other person are looking for a Third Roommate to share our apartment with us by the Middle of July. We both work in Manhattan and aren?t home that much.
The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from the 6 train off the Whitlock Ave station. It?s also located 8 minutes away walking from the 2 and 5 Station off Freeman Street.
The apartment has a private patio which we use if we have guests over. The apartment has gigabit internet, which is split 3 ways. Utilities are also split three ways. Water is included.
The room is enormous and fits a queen bed, a couch, and a dresser. Our current roommate fits all of this in there currently.
