Beautiful Room with great closet and potential

This room is a clean slate, beautiful wood flooring, closet with upper/lower rod, clean white walls.

The apartment is a bathroom and a half, spacious living room, balcony, and huge kitchen. The atmosphere is very quiet, peaceful, respectful, positive and serene. I am usually in my room or working and I expect a clean and quiet space. All visitors must be contained to room. If there are visitors and the living room wants to be used it has to be talked to with owner of the apartment. Parties are not allowed and quiet is expected at a certain time of night and morning. Cleanliness is required, and no use of owner's pots, pans, cups and utensils.

Smoking is allowed in moderation. No smoking in the balcony as the neighbors complain and their balcony is extremely close to ours. Smoke can go directly into their house.

Laundry room in building. Utilities and wifi included.

Urban area, close to a shopping area, and 2,5 and 6 train walking distance.
