Beautiful and brightly lit 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet family home located in the Wakefield/Woodlawn section of the North East Bronx.

The house is located within a 5 minute walk from the 2/5 subway trains, and within a 10 minute walk to the Woodlawn Metro North Station (30 minutes to Midtown Manhattan). Westchester County is seconds away by car.
The room has a private half-bath and private entrance. There is also a separate and brightly lit ?mudroom? attached to the bedroom that can be used as a large walk-in closet, dining area, storage unit, or much more. The room is also furnished with a futon, two small dressers, a mini fridge, a small table with two chairs, and a TV stand (no TV). The shared areas in the house is the living room, kitchen, and main bathroom.

My BF stays with me most of the time, but the apartment is very spacious with two rooms in the back of the apartment. I also have mini poodle, but he mostly stays in the basement with my family member. It's possible you may see him around at times, but if you have any issues with dogs, try to let me know upfront and he can remain away during your rental period.
