The building is on the quiet side with a property manager who lives on premises. This is the environment, I'm looking for someone who fits in.
The other occupants of the apartment are a wife and husband who have the other room.

2nd Floor - Furnished Room with Full Futon Bed with Draws on bottom and Dresser, Flat Screen TV Fire Stick with Netflix and Prime also providing WiFi.
An easy commute to Manhattan. Close to 2 and 5 trains at East 180th Street station, also serviced by Bx 21, Bx 22, Bx 39, Bx 10 and Q44 buses.
In walking distance to Bronx Zoo, Bronx Botanical Gardens, Park Chester and Pelham Parkway shopping district.

Proof of ability to afford the rent can be in the form of tax returns, current pay stubs, and/or award letters from agencies providing assistance to the tenant.

A good history of paying reoccurring bills such as utility, cable, phone and/or bank savings statements is a plus.

Credit background check is required after application is accepted. Applicant will authorize the credit reporting agency to forward a copy of the reports directly to the Landlord. The cost of which is $20.

Minimum income requirements of 35x rent.
The landlord requires the tenant to pay broker’s fee equal to 1 month’s rent.

No Pets.
