Hello! I am seeking a female roommate to sign a 1 year lease in the 2 bedroom apartment I live in. My current roommate has to move out and the lease renewal needs to be renewed ASAP.
The available bedroom is large with lots of sunlight (see pictures) and you will have your own closet in the hallway.
The utilities bills (electric and gas) normally cost $65 per person a month.
Close to Manhattan College, the apartment is a 7 minute walk to the Subway (1 line) and 5 minutes to the Metro North stop.
Me: Full-time 9-5 office job, late 20s, single, clean, quiet, respectful, and a good cook!
You: Once approved by Management office (references, credit etc.), the 1st and last month deposit is required at lease signing.
