We are two professionals (and three adorable cats) looking for a new roommate to occupy the largest bedroom in our beautiful and spacious Mott Haven apartment (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)! The bedroom for rent is massive with lots of natural lighting and tons of built-in closet space. The semi-furnished room is so large that it can easily fit two full beds, dressers, and even a divider. The room is located at the end of the hallway and is large enough that it almost feels like you have your own studio within the apartment! You would have your own private restroom.

The price is $1,200 a month (in addition to a one month security deposit). WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING THE ROOM FOR JUNE AT HALF THE COST OF MONTHLY RENT ($600) or at a negotiated price!

Due to the pandemic, we are offering virtual tours of the apartment space to keep everybody safe.

The apartment you will be sharing with us has been totally gut renovated with high end finishes, hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and a separate stainless steel kitchen (with a dishwasher). Our apartment is safe, cozy, and extremely welcoming.

Our apartment is 5 minutes from the 6 line (138th-3rd Ave) or 10 minutes from the 4/5 line (138th Grand Concourse). It is about 20-30 minutes to Union Square by train with a convenient transfer to the 4 and 5 line just one stop away at 125th Street. The Main Bus Hub is a 5 minute walk where you can catch the popular local buses. If you enjoying walking or biking, the Willis Avenue Bridge is super close by and you will find it easy to get into Manhattan in just minutes. Conveniently located is a grocery store and a laundromat (200 ft away from the apartment), and by the bridge on 117th you will find Costco, Target, and other large stores. Closer to 149th-Grand Concourse, you will find Home Depot, Marshalls, Bed Bath and Beyond, and the Burlington Coat Factory at the Bronx Terminal Market. Additionally, there are tons of restaurants in our area including the very popular Charlie's Bar and Kitchen which offers live music on Sundays and is 3 minutes away by walking.
