Available Room In Amazing Apartment Building

Hello,
One room to rent in the iconic Clock Tower building. The apartment is fully furnished with internet and ac available. The apartment is 30' x 20' and the room is 16' x 10' with a large wardrobe installed. It is a converted loft so it has that NYC feel (We are in the brick building). The building has a restaurant below, elevator, washer dryer on each floor, rooftop garden, pool, gym, sauna, and a outdoor grills, etc. I have been here for 6 years and the location has becoming very popular recently. They added a huge addition with the pool etc.
I am looking for a roommate who is responsible, keeps things fairly clean, has a reliable income that meets all household bills, keeps things smelling clean! I dont drink anymore so I prefer not to have any alcohol in the house, but if you have people over once in a while then its ok. Main thing is the apartment is a relaxing place. I have a 9-5 job in the arts world and usually go out alot during the week to events etc. I enjoy clubs like Mirage, Goodroom, Etc and try to go out dancing during the weekends. Hit me up and we can see if it is a fit. Apartment opens up Sept. 1st.
