I am a single mom seeking a -single mom- as a roommate. The rent is negotiable. I have a room for rent in our duplex (2floors). I am looking for someone who can help maintain the cleanliness of the home and help with the kid(s). Times are rough and single moms have it hard. And childcare is unreasonably expensive. I am able to help with the kid(s) too. Pick up and drop off at school (depending on days and times), dinner, etc. Must be ok with cats, must be professional, and must be a single mom- FEMALE.
