We're Looking ideally for a female roommate. The apartment is a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse that was renovated just under five years ago so, we do our best to keep it nice and neat. It is located in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx near public transportation, lots of shops and restaurants!

About us:
We are a young married couple with a six year old daughter. We are both low key working parents and our sweet daughter goes to school. We have busy schedules during the weekdays but like to be at home on the weekends doing housework and running errands. We're laid back and drama free couple, we rarely entertain or have any guests over. Our families live out of town. We are quiet, clean, and respectful of each others space as well as the next person who moves in.

About the Room/Apartment: This is a Sublet

-Large Room for rent has; Four windows, Semi-furnished room, and its own on-suite bathroom
-The rent for the available room is $900 including utilities
- Utilities include internet, electric, heat
-You can easily find street parking
-Laundry NOT on the premises
-Use of the kitchen/cookware equipments for your meals is okay as long as clean up after use
-Near Supermarkets like Stop and Shop, Foodtown, Keyfood and Pioneer
-Near pharmacies like Rite Aid and Walgreens
-Location: A short 5 minute walk to 231st #1 train station
-Two blocks away from BX1, Bx20, BX7, BX10 buses and BX2, BX9 bus which takes you to the 4 train line in less than 20 minutes
-Express bus BXM3 three blocks away which takes you to midtown
-Close to the following colleges: Lehman College, Manhattan College, Columbia University, and Fordham University.

We welcome a roommate who is clean, easy to get along with, respectful, understanding and cleans up after themself. We rent this beautiful apartment from our landlords who happen to live on the first floor. We're in the second floor (Each unit with a separate entrance) and have the consent to sublet a bedroom. We are interested in someone who is a working professional or a working student that is willing to commit for a year.

-Willing to sign a 12 month sublet agreement
-NO COUPLES
-No PETS
-No SMOKING
-Don't mind once in a blue overnight guests
-Must be willing to take/pass a background check
-Must be ready to pay first month, last moth and security deposit.
