Sunny Room in Convenient South Bronx Location

My place is two blocks off the 2, 5 and 6 stop in the South Bronx and close to a laundromat and several supermarkets. The room I'm renting has a pretty decently sized closet, it comfortably fits a full-size bed, dresser, and more, and gets consistent sunlight. My living room is airy, cozy, and very bright, thanks to two large windows. The kitchen is separate from the living room, it has its own window and an open counter top that facilitates communication between folx inhabiting the kitchen and living room space. The kitchen is new, spacious and has new appliances.

While I do not have a dog right now, I do plan on getting a small-sized, hypoallergenic support dog, so am looking for someone open to living with a small dog.

My last roommate and I have lived together for a year and a half, and she is moving out to live with her partner. I strongly prefer a female and/or queer trans person of color roommate. My best former roommates have been direct communicators, who are flexible with daily routines. I enjoy coming home to an organized and quiet home. I do cook regularly and keep the kitchen tidy. I like having a friendly, amicable relationship with my roommate. Ideally it'd be chill and normal for us to have a quick check-in when we see each other in the common area. Because of these particular times, I expect that we both will take necessary health precautions, such as disinfecting regularly the common area and refraining from having gatherings. When this pandemic is over, I?d like to host dinner parties, but will always check in beforehand, and expect similarly.
