The apartment is newly renovated with hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. Tile in kitchen and bathroom. Washer/Drier in apartment.
Room for rent is bedroom by entrance of apartment - includes built-in closet in bedroom and closet across bedroom entrance with lots of shelving and storing space above. The bedroom fits a queen sized bed, a dresser and small desk comfortably. Bedroom has one window to allow for sunlight to come in.
Living room is furnished with 2 couches, coffee table, and TV. Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances: fridge, dish washer, and sink. Black Gas-Range Stove. Built in Micro-wave above stove.

The current roommate is a 26 y/o professional female and she has 2 dogs. She works at a not for profit organization and am working on applying for clinical psych programs this coming cycle. I?m also a research assistant at Montefiore Children?s Hospital.

Due to personal family reasons, I can no longer stay in the apartment. The Property Manager has kindly enough allowed me to look for someone to take over my half of the lease!! Hoping to find that someone by 8/1/2020.

Wifi and ConEd is not included in the rent amount.
(wifi should be about $32-33/month/roommate - already split between 2 roommates. Total is $64-66 per month.)
