Move In Now! Two Rooms Available

Hi there!

We are looking for TWO roommates (preferably females) to occupy our unfurnished rooms!

Room #1(video) is currently painted in purple but will be painted soon by our super. The room can comfortably fit a king size bed, and has two closets. Room #2 (picture) is smaller, but can fit up to a Queen size bed.

The building is quite old, and we live in a five floor walk up, but great exercise for the summer bods! lol.
There are a couple of parks near by, Target is a 20 minute walk or a 10 min bus ride. Both D and 4 trains are close by. Many stores and a variety of foods also accessible. We are three females living in the west side of Bronx. A couple of us have been living in the apartment for seven years and have become family. Hopefully you can be apart of it too! The apartment may be quiet at times because of our different busy schedules, but we occasionally have a game night and invite friends over.
