Application Requirements:
You will need to sign a 4 month lease. In addition to completing the application, you will need to submit proof of employment (paystubs and a letter of employment), along with a credit report to the landlord. Guarantors are accepted!
About me:
I am clean and respectful and keep to myself. I work full time out of the apartment and I'm very careful about COVID. I am looking for a roommate who will be respectful, clean and polite too! Happy to chat in the common area but also give roommates their space and privacy.
