The room
The room measures 13.58' in length by 10.66' in width. Windows are large and adjacent to each other. This makes the room very bright and sunny in the day. Utilities are included. There is air conditioning as well as heat. So your cool in
the summer and warm in the winter. A
large closet is also part of the room. Can be furnished or unfurnished to your liking.
The apartment has an eat in kitchen , as well as a full bathroom (toilet, shower , and bathtub) . Both of which are shared.

Is within walking distance of transportation. Both city bus ,train, and express bus service.
Supermarkets, laundromat, eateries , bakeries , clinics etc. are all, as well with in walking distance. The Mall's are a short bus or train ride away.
