- Available room is large, easily fits a queen size mattress with tons of space leftover - Available room is unfurnished

- $1020p/month (+ roughly $30 utilities)

I am originally from Ireland. I am a musician working at a museum. She is an artist working in permissions. We are married and have two chill cats. We have been living in this wonderful, spacious apartment since right before the pandemic. We keep a tidy apartment with a relaxed atmosphere, definitely not a party spot, but we are easy to talk to and get on with. We hang out in the living room working on stuff most days and sleep in on days off. Our longtime roommate is moving to chicago so the large room has opened up.
