Furnish large bedroom available in a cozy 2br apartment available for August 1ST move in on the Grand Concourse at the border of Harlem & the Bronx . 5-8 minutes away from Yankee Stadium & Hostos Community College in either direction. Apt is directly facing a park with baseball field, 2 basketball courts , possible handball, for jogging or just relaxing. In the main street neighborhood are Hostos College, Bronx city hall, grocery stores, movie theater, mall, post office, pharmacy, Blink fitness, and more within a .5 miles radius ( 10 minute walk) from the apt. in addition you will be centered between 4 express trains 2, 4, 5, D sometimes B (local) which is 5 minute walk (max) from apt. transportation is normally 15 ? 20 to/from midtown/Grand Central.
This apartment/room will be furnish with all amenities incl except electricity.

I'm Just looking for a roommate who is down to earth and chill, easy to get along with that can be themselves at all times.
