Spacious room with a closet available for rent within a very spacious and cozy 2-bedroom apartment. This sublease is for 4 months (December 1st-March 31st). The room is unfurnished and is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed. The apartment is located across the street from the Bronx Zoo and just a 15-minute bus ride away from the Botanical Gardens.

My boyfriend and I occupy the other room and also have a pet bearded dragon. We both work full-time and spend most of our time at home when we're not at work. We're very down to earth and chill. We're looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, clean, quiet, and respectful.
