Looking for Roommate

I?m looking for a roommate. I live in a two story house and find it a little difficult to pay bills on my own. It?s not a crazy big house, just a tiny room big enough for one. I am in school so I may not be home a lot this upcoming semester or will be getting home late. I like to cook rather than eat out, so i cook quite a bit. I do have one golden retriever/lab mix who is very very very energetic. He does tend to mellow out after getting to know you. Other then that he is so kind and has nothing but love to give. I do have friends come over occasionally just to play games, drink or watch movies, we are always welcome to new people and making new friends. I?m a clean person so I will clean the house at least once a week or as needed. It never gets too cluttered or messy. There is only one bathroom and it?s not that big but it?s something. I?m a pretty lenient person to live with just as long as you?re respecting the house and communicating things should work out perfectly.
