I have a furnished room available for immediate move-in. $700/month inclusive of all utilities (water, electricity, internet, trash.)
Furnishings include a queen bed, a night stand, a dresser, a closet and a 38-inch TV.
There will be allotted space in the refrigerator, kitchen cabinets and pantry. Onsite washer & dryer.
Bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom, which maybe shared by occasional guests (very rare.)
Cookware and dinnerware available for use. Street parking.
Bring your own pillows and bed covers.

The house is 1650 sqft, single-storey with 3 beds/2 baths, 2 car garage, sizable backyard on a corner lot, built in 2018. Located in the Far West San Antonio, close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Brand new HEB is a 3 minute drive away! The neighborhood has a swimming pool and playground.

Male/female tenant welcome (1 person only).
Must pass a background check, provide proof of income and ability to pay rent on time.
Personal interview required prior to move-in. Show valid ID.
No pets allowed.
Smoking outside only.
No drugs.

The first rent payment as well as $150 security deposit will be collected upon move-in.
The deposit will be fully refunded only if 30-day notice of move-out is given.
Minimum of 3-month lease.
