I clean most of the house 2and will just ask you to clean your own 3mess in kitchen. Fenced yard. There are dogs in the house and cats. Hard surface 1floors in home. WiFi and DirecTV in home. 6Gas stove and there is storage in garage.

Approximately one mile from IH35 and about 1 block from Wurzbach PKWY. Close to HEB, Lowe's and several schools. Numerous fast food places nearby. Walking distance to bus line.

Smoking permitted outside only. Pets in home (friendly but aloof cats as well as dogs.

I am pretty chill.

Would need work references and at least 3 personal references. Also, a rental agreement and lease is required.
