House share in Mahwah, NJ

There are two rooms that share a bathroom which has a decent sized shower, no bathtub. Both have large sliding door closets. One is currently furnished (with a single bed, two dressers and a night table) and is priced at $775. The other is $750.
There's a larger bedroom with its own bathroom that is currently priced at $1050. The bathroom has a linen closet and a bathtub/shower. However, the closet is smaller than the others. This room is currently planned for personal my use, however if desired I'll consider using one of the others. I won't be a regular at the house. However, I have family in the area and will be using it occasionally.
There is a good-sized living room, dining room and kitchen (with appliances less than two years old).
There is also a washer and dryer in a separate laundry/mud room with separate entry off the side of the house.
All utilities are included, and I take care of the maintenance. What I expect is the folks sharing the house keep it tidy and clean. I also expect to be notified if anything doesn't seem right with the house (i. e., leaky faucet, toilet, washer/dryer, heat, etc.).
