Seeking Roommate For New Modern Townhome

Hello,

We are looking for one more roommate to share my home. This is a modern townhouse that I bought brand new just two years ago.

There are 2 males and 1 female living currently living here (late 20s to early 30s). We are all professional accountants and have been living together for more than a few years. Our original 4th roommate has also been with us that whole time though she is moving to NYC soon.

- Full kitchen, dining room, living room, open-air deck, plenty of closets
- 2-car garage & guaranteed off-road private parking
- Huge plot of grass-covered residential land
- 2-zone central HVAC system, and central vacuum
- Fully furnished, move-in ready
- Gigabit internet connection speed
- Located just 20 seconds of walking time from the nearest NJ transit bus stop (Lines 165, 166, and 168 to Port Authority)

You would share a bathroom with only 1 other male (who keeps it impeccably clean) though you also have access to the powder room that we rarely use.

This is a Covid-19 free home, and we make sure to keep it sanitized. Utilities costs are separate from the listed base rent charge. Over the past year, the utilities have averaged just under $100 per month per person for everything combined (gas, electric, water, cable/wifi).

About you:
We are looking for someone at least 25 years old with a stable career. We would welcome someone who is respectful, easygoing, and can clean up after themselves.

- No drug use of any kind (alcohol perfectly fine)
- No pets, unless it's a goldfish
- No criminal history of any kind (standard background check performed)
