Hey everyone! My husband Jack and I are a newly married couple in our 20’s, and we own a beautiful townhouse in Fair Lawn, which is part of the little community of Radburn. It gives us access to 2 private pools, 4 private tennis courts, a park, a playground and 2 covered parking spaces. It is very close to NYC transportation, restaurants and bars. Jack and I are both very clean, non smokers, and we love the outdoors. He is an electrician and I am an architect. He is also a professional swimmer and a tennis player, and I am a latin dancer. I am fluent in French, English, Arabic and German and have a passion for languages. We are both animal lovers and pescatarian. We would love to welcome a roommate in our new home! Preferably non-smoker, very clean, and most importantly friendly! Rent is 1350$ a month.
