Room for Rent in Violetville/Baltimore

My name is Melanie and I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my row house . The room measures 11 x 10

It's in Violetville /Baltimore and Approx half a mile from St. Agnes Hospital, easy access to 95, 695, BW Parkway, and Route 1. Located SE Baltimore City close to Glen Burnie, Catonsville, Arbutus, Halethorpe. 2 miles to an Aldi?s and a Walmart in one direction, and a great little movie theater in the other.

It is $350 and half of the utilities. I don?t have a dedicated internet service provider just yet, but will if the room gets rented and you were interested in getting it. The bathroom is shared

A little about me:
Owner of two jerk cats
Nonsmoker, nondrinker. You can smoke outside, there is a front and back porch. I'm in the military, so not 420 friendly. It's fine if you do it away from the house but...
45 y/o single female and on the quiet side. I'm nice but I am not especially gregarious.

You would have access to kitchen, the washer and dryer, and living room. In terms of shared cleaning, I would only ask you to help keep up the kitchen and bathroom. If you would prefer not to, I can raise the rent by about $30 and take care of it all. You can discuss the room if you use the first 3 letters of my first name and my last name, which is gile, at google's mail. That we have to pay to contact each other is somewhat odious.
