The Garden of Singing Praise

Our home is Christ oriented and sits on a semi-wooded half acre of gardens, with a nice side porch. Our wifi is Xfinity. The neighborhood is quiet. There are two other buildings, my studio with an attached prayer and reading room. The private writing studio is in the lower garden, which is available for use with wifi. There is common space and storage space in the basement with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms available, an office and a bath. One room upstairs is rented until February. The blue bedroom to be rented has a queen bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a new ac and shares an ample walk-in closet.

My bedroom is downstairs with a second bathroom, which is shared. The kitchen has recently been remodeled. There is a new fridge and stove. Otherwise, the dining room and reading room are common space. (See photos)

The sun room is the largest room in the house. It has a heated floor and an expanse of windows overlooking the garden. Much of my artwork hangs throughout the house. Parking is ample. You are welcome to set up service in your bedroom as long as you keep the noise down after 10pm to 7am.

Please, no drugs, video games or porno. I run a house church on Tuesday night, which I encourage renters to join us as family. I'm retired from teaching college art and also am active as a visual artist. I just finished up three years of ministry training at my church. (we are nondenominational) I'm also a Navy veteran and expect renters to help keep the house clean and in reasonable order. No charge for utilities.
Couples are welcome, yet I require $850 rent to cover additional use of utilities.
