My home is very nice with fresh paint and offers a small paver courtyard. It offers new appliances and hardware throughout the house. There is a whole house water filtration system, water softening system and drinking water purification system. The beautiful kitchen is large with Corian countertops. Central air and heat are kept very comfortable year-round. The family room doubles as a very nice theatre room. The bedroom is a decent size and will hold a queen bed with lots of furniture. The shared bathroom has double vanities, and all new hardware.
The large yard is small dog friendly with an electronic doggie door. The backyard features real grass, trees, a large firepit, a tree swing, a gazebo and lots of furniture for outdoor living. The backyard is also private and it backs to a preserve. Parking is in the driveway.

Small, housebroken dogs okay upon approval. Shopping, dining and all you could need is just minutes away up Houghton Road.
