(3 bedroom home with 1 bath) Its available for 2 to 6 months. A 6 month lease will be discounted 10% on monthly, see below.

I have one large room 10 x 19 with a private entrance (garage conversion) It is also attached to the kitchen entrance at the other end of the the home. It is also attached to the back door to the home, and laundry room.

This house is furnished (except the room you rent) with a shared living room. I have two large Great Danes super friendly, so if you do not like dogs this may not be a good fit. I work from home, so the 3rd bedroom is my office, and second job away from home on weekends. I often will travel and leave town for a week for work or vacation in spring. Utilities included, full access to kitchen and laundry.

$1400 move in (first and last) $200 deposit. I am negotiable, I understand things happen I am available to show the room on Sunday November 12 and see if this will be a good fit.
