Two awesome girls looking for a 3rd roomie!

Hi! We are crystal and Amanda! We are looking for the perfect female roommate to add to our household! We are both working professionals, crystal works full time from home as a therapist and Amanda runs her own cleaning business. We are super laid back, respectful, clean, and overall goofy gals! We don’t drink, smoke, use drugs . The house has 3 dogs and 2 cats , I promise it’s not a zoo 2 dogs are crystals and one Amanda they are super sweet! We keep the house pretty clean, respect each others space, and have super healthy communication. We would love a roommate who is also fun, laid back, and goofy! Would love a working professional or a student , that’s clean, respectable, no drama, due to crystal working from
Home prefer someone who also works outside the home ……utilties are split 3 ways . The room is fully furnished but we are flexible in removing the bed or items if you have your own, only down side is this room does not have a closet but we could also install one if that was a deal breaker :) the way this house was built there is also no ceiling fan with light in any of the rooms (except master) but lamps and the huge windows means less electricity haha…. You would have your own downstairs bathroom, and there is lots of storage areas around the house and garage, parking would be street parking in front of house, we also have a community pool and jacuzzi 2 houses down , as well as a huge park with basketball courts. please message me for any more details!
