Private room & bathroom for rent!

We are looking for a roommate, preferably a female, but if a trustworthy male presented themselves they won’t be rejected.
This is a family home, my girlfriend & I have 3 kids, 2 sons ages 7 & 4 they are only with us every other week, and our 1 and a half year old daughter that is with us all the time.
We are looking for someone that is financially responsible and will not be late on rent.
Kitchen/living room/small back yard/garage
The roommate will get a private bedroom & bathroom.
We are asking $800 for rent, and $50 for utilities (power, wifi, water, and all other utilities)
We are not asking a deposit, but we are asking first & last month rent to move in. That way you will not have to worry about paying rent the last month you move out.
Our intentions is a short term roommate around 4 months, that doesn’t mean it can’t possibly go longer, we just don’t want to commit to someone we don’t get along with or it’s uncomfortable around the house for over that, but if all goes well we are more than willing to extend the stay.
