Room for rent in Chandler

I currently have a two bedroom apartment in Chandler on Frye Road across from the Chandler hostipal.

The apartment is around 1,100 sqft and fully furnished except for the room for rent. It is a second story apartment with no apartments above it and has a large balcony. The property has two pools, a gym, a dog park and lots of trees and grass.

I'm looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom until then end of Feb. 2025. Preferably a woman who has a stable source of income, isn't allergic to dogs or cats, and is clean and organized. The bedroom has a large walk in closet and hardwood floors. You will have your own bathroom but it is not directly connected to the bedroom.

I have a friendly mini poodle who is my ESA, as well as a cuddly short haired cat. I also have a baby ball python that stays in his enclosure in my bedroom. Please message me if you have any questions:)
