Available room is the Master Bedroom with dimensions of 13x18 ft. Rent is calculated per square footage of each room and divided equally between roommates. Multiple windows bring in a lot of bright, natural light. Attached private bath features twin sinks and walk-in shower. Comes with walk-in closet and two built-in mirrors. Dog(s) allowed BUT must do a doggy meet-n-greet first with the dogs already in the home. No cats or other pets, strict policy.
