HUGE Master Bedroom for Rent in 4 Bed Apt

Ad ref# 102105625

Hello,

We are a house of three, 30-somethings looking for a great housemate!

THE ROOM:

This is a massive, beautiful room with hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. It’s also the room that is closest to the house’s front entrance and almost feels like a private ballet studio. It does not have its own bathroom, Bathroom 1 is the shared bathroom closest to this room.

Size: 238 square ft.

Closet: Yes, it's a nook with cabinets, shelves, and a mirror. No door.

Furnished: No

Pets: No (one of us has allergies)

Parking: Yes, there is one space reserved for this room in the driveway. There is also street parking available.

Location: Conveniently located right off of the 980, and is about a 5min walk to 19th Street Bart Station. There are tons of great places to eat/drink within walking distance. Note that during weekends, this neighborhood can get loud at night. This place probably isn’t for you if you’re a really light sleeper or sensitive to sounds.

Rent: $1200/mo + PG&E, internet

Move-in requirements: Security Deposit, First, and Last Month’s Rent

THE HOUSE:

We call our house Pan’s Labyrinth :) It is an upper floor unit in a very large and sunny Victorian fourplex. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, two large common areas (one pictured), 1 kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms (one has a tub and the other has a shower), 1 laundry room with a new washer/dryer, Central Heating, and a backyard. Everyone has their own cabinets for food storage in the kitchen, but we share utensils, equipment etc. We rotate cleaning duties in the common areas, and like to lean on the side of minimalism when it comes to the overall amount of stuff in the common areas. We have a projector and pull-down screen installed in the living room and enjoy watching movies together or nerding out about film, art, anime, books, technology, business, and more. We have really friendly neighbors as well who’ve been here for many years.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This could be the place for you if you are friendly, respectful, financially stable, clean, and happy to live in a house with creative professionals. You don’t need to be an artist to live here though! In fact, it would be fun to mix things up. We’d like to find someone who is independent, but who also is down for the occasional house hang.

ABOUT US:

There are three of us, all in our early 30s, and we are: a professional musician and DJ, another professional musician & film producer, and a professional dancer/chocolate tasting expert and truffle maker. One of the best perks of living here is that you will often get surprised with freshly made gourmet chocolate truffles and sipping chocolate.
