Hi everyone! I?m looking for a roommate to share a large 2 bed / 2 bath on the third floor overlooking the center courtyard/pool area of The Uptown Apartments. You?ll get your own master bedroom including private bathroom and private walk-in closet. Room measures approx 11' x 14' and the walk-in closet measures roughly 9' x 6'. Washer & dryer in-unit.

The Uptown Apartments feature a gym, saltwater pool, hot-tub, 24/7 security, secure locker package pick-up, bike storage, and is ideally located close to 19th St BART and Lake Merritt.

Details
* One-time application fee: $50 (proof of income and credit check required by property management to assume lease.)
* One-time security deposit: $350
* Your monthly rent would be $1,776 + utilities (water, trash, sewer, electricity, internet) which generally average around $100/mo
* Parking in a gated garage below complex is available for $125 extra per month, if interested
* Available now or Sept 1st. Flexible. Current lease ends 3/19/2021

Your future roommate is a chill guy who has a corporate 9-5 job and spends the weekends riding his motorcycle or out enjoying time with friends. He?s been known to enjoy a nice whiskey and occasional beer too.

Most of the furniture will be leaving with me but open to selling some of it if you?re interested.
