The Unit:

You would have your own large bedroom; I?ve been able to fit a full office area with a standing desk and a queen-sized bed in the room. It also includes a large walk-in closet with built-ins, a balcony with French doors, and a large master bathroom. The building has been recently renovated so all appliances and kitchen cabinets are new and well-designed.

Condo also offers in-unit laundry and two balconies (one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom).

Location:

The condo is ideally located in the heart of Uptown Oakland, one block (less than a 3-min walk) from the 19th Street Bart station and First Friday, and only 3 blocks from Lake Merritt and Snow Park.
The complex offers package services, security, parking, a salt-water swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and common areas that can be rented out for different events.
You?d be surrounded by great restaurants like Xolo, Roam, Senor Sisig, and much more. And you?d be within walking distance of both the Paramount Theatre and Fox Theatre for concerts and different venues.

Rent is $1746 a month
Parking is an additional $125 a month

Ideal roommate:

Someone clean, down to earth, easy-going, and who preferably identifies as a woman (LGBTQ friendly). The person you?ll be living with is a young woman, an Oakland native, who works as a tech recruiter. She is fun and easy-going, generally likes to have conversation and meet new people.
