Gorgeous, large furnished studio space in large, quiet home in the Hills. Storage built in provides ample space for clothing and storage outside the room in the atrium. The private office down the hall has additional sleeping for guests. Bathroom has a tiled shower. There is a dehumidifier in the room for any basement moisture you might experience.

Since this is a private space with its own kitchenette, this is a COVID-conscious space where no interaction with upstairs tenants needs to happen. Complete with the room is a Samsung SmartTV, coffee + tea station, microwave, and mini fridge. There is a huge, gorgeous shared backyard great for covid safe picnics, playing with your dog, etc.

Space is good for a couple or a parent with a child. Max 2 people. Cats + dogs ok, children ok. No smoking, however there are many outdoor smoking areas. Credit is unimportant, but we need proof you can afford the place. There will be a 3 month probation period before discussing a longer agreement. Can also be month to month after that time. Utilities/bills are included in the price.

Three upstairs tenants are queer, creative people in our 30s. We have one small dog.

House is ideal for someone with a car, or someone who is fine being home a lot. Area is in the Upper Dimond District, a short drive from Farmer Joe’s and the Dimond District.
