Looking for the perfect Housemate! Large Room!

Hello! I'm looking for the perfect housemate to share my 4-bedroom 2-bath home. I rent two of the rooms and just found another young woman to rent the smaller of the two other available rooms, so the larger room (9x16) remains. Bathroom is large and shared with only one other person.

Utilities are split evenly each month. I try to be energy conscious to keep costs down, so the utilities are generally quite reasonable (it would be great if you're like-minded).

A little about me: I'm a 30yr old single female professional. I work at a tech company in Mountain View and really enjoy what I do. I love to travel when I can and am always looking for new things to learn, usually by taking on some project to work on around the house/yard. I like to entertain from time to time, and I'm hoping to start brewing my own beer and cider soon.

The other housemate is 26yr old single female professional as well, and works in San Leandro. She's bubbly, friendly and sweet and likes to go backpacking and camping with her friends. She will be moving in May 1st.
