The total rent is $2850, split 3 ways, so $950 per room, paid directly to the property management company. There is also a $1000 move-in deposit and a lease with the property management company is required. Utilities vary, but are approximately $75-$100 per month.

The room has two windows, and gets sun in the morning. This is a top, second floor corner room that overlooks Ohlone Park, and has a built-in double-door closet with mirrors. The apartment also has a common area that is connected to an open kitchen. Roommates take turns cleaning the common spaces (floors, bathroom, and kitchen). The complex has a coin-operated washing machine and two dryers.

Our apartment is quiet, laid-back, clean, and furnished. The room will also have a desk, table, and bed frame and mattress (if wanted). Your roommates would be 2 males, a UC Berkeley graduate student and a working professional.
