Looking for a housemate

Hello neighbors! I am looking for a housemate. I recently moved back to Oakland and I'm looking for a financially responsible male housemate to share a newly renovated home in the Temescal/Mosswood neighborhood. The rent is $1400 a month with additional shared utility expenses. You will have a large bedroom with a walk in closet. The big bathroom upstairs located between the two bedrooms will be shared. This is a spacious two story home, with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, full access to a huge kitchen, and living room, as well as additional office/den. There is also a large patio deck and a garden oasis in the backyard. You must be ok with a small dog, as I have a well-mannered pet. The MacArthur bart station is 2 blocks away, all within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You can get a city parking permit, if needed You must be financially responsible, easy to get along with, and be able to clean up after yourself. Prefer non-smoker, absolutely no drugs, no PNP.
