Rent by month, so you will not sign a lease. The landlord just asks that you find someone to fill the space when you leave. The apartment is located at Russell street and MLK. It's across the street from the Thai temple, which has amazing brunch on sundays. It's a 5 min walk to the Ashby BART, and 1-5 min walking distance to any bus line you could need. 5 min from berkeley bowl which is a huge perk. Also right next to a bike boulevard that goes directly to downtown berkeley. We have an oven, stove top, microwave, and large fridge. You are welcome to use the kitchen appliances (rice cooker, blender, brita filters, tea kettle, etc...) as long as you are responsible and clean. You would live with three other girls, one is a recent graduate, working as a teacher, the other two are juniors at Cal. All are extremely friendly and considerate. LGBTQAI+ friendly! Security Deposit : $750, which is returned when you find someone to fill the room.
