Private Bedroom; Trans/LGBT-Friendly

Hi!

We?re looking for someone to fill a soon-to-be-empty room in our five-bedroom house. The room is partially-furnished, with a private entrance to one of the house bathrooms, and comes with dresser, table, shelving, rug, and mirror. The house itself is rent-controlled, with washer, dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large backyard with gardening space shared by neighboring houses. It's a five-minute walk from Berkeley Bowl, and a fifteen-minute walk from the Ashby and Downtown Berkeley BART stations.

About us ? we?re an LGBT-friendly house, and most residents are roughly grad-school age. Some people here are artists (graphic novels/animation/music?) and we try to cultivate a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Many residents enjoy gardening, cooking with others, playing games, or watching cartoons/anime. Overall, we?re looking for tidy people who can be friendly with others, who have experience with group living or living on their own.
