This is in a cozy duplex home. Each flat is independent with a shared yard. The room is furnished as well as common areas. The apartment has wooden floors, laundry room, and full kitchen. Conveniently located between the Mac Arthur and Ashby Bart stations, within walking distance of AC Transit Bus stations and to trendy Temescal restaurants and cafes on Telegraph. It is within three blocks access to freeway, and 2.5 miles to UC Berkeley.

The room is available for $1050 a month with a deposit of $650. Rent amount includes water and sewer, garbage collection, and internet service. Tenant pays a share of electricity and gas. Our home offers a friendly environment and at the same time respects your privacy.
