Shared Room Available in San Leandro $650 per mont

We are looking for a roommate for our 2bed 2 bath apartment in San Leandro (Central East Bay). We are looking for a female as the room is shared with another female and that is what she's comfortable with. It would be a 1 year lease. The rent including utilities would be about $650. without utilities the rent is $623.75 exactly. We are moving in August 10th. The complex is called "Parkside Commons Apartments" in San Leandro. Their website has our floor plan, it's the 2bd townhouse. The complex has a pool, laundry on site, and a small gym. Here's a little bit about us, I work for an after school program as an instructor, I'm 26, and I'm attending the fire fighter academy at Chabot College. My friend Amanda is a social worker in the east bay area, she's 23. You would be rooming with Amanda. I think we're pretty cool people but you can make that judgment for yourself if you're interested. We're looking for someone who appreciates a clean living space and is open minded and positive.
