Hi All,

My wonderful roommate of 3 years has decided to move westward and so her beautiful master suite in our awesome house is coming available soon! February 1 at the latest but possibly available sooner available if the right awesome person(s) come along and want it.

THE SUITE:

The Master Suite - approx. 500 sq ft Private attached bathroom with tub/shower, double sinks. Hardwood Floors. Walk in Closet. French Doors to Private wrap-around Balcony. Lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings.

ME - Male artist and designer who works in technology for education. Original Mid-Westerner but the Bay has been home for 20 years. Gets everything humanly possible delivered. I also do some woodworking and large format printing.

Bob & Fred - 2 cats. Gray and Black.

YOU - Professional, responsible and reliable. Creativity and independence is desired and it would be great if you were interested in helping make this place even more amazing with your talents. I open to considering another animal if there is some harmony with the cats here.

THE HOUSE:
The house is located in the neighborhood of Redwood Heights in Oakland. It is a multi-level 3,300sq ft open floor plan home, set off from the street. 2 car garage on the bottom level (used as a wood shop/studio work space and storage). Unfortunately no parking available in garage but there is a long driveway that provides plenty of off street parking. The main level has a very large open kitchen, living and dining room area, along with the available Smaller bedroom/bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 baths, washer and dryer, and an informal living room/art space on the top floor. Large windows provide lots of natural light, views of trees, hillsides, and open areas. 2 large balconies surround the entire sides and back of the house, providing an open area to all of the bedrooms. The kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances and comes with granite countertops and lots of cabinetry for storage. Outside smoking only.

The house has a decent yard and a large front patio with dining area. The house itself is not visible from the street and has a long private driveway with plenty of parking. With a lot of privacy, the house is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by large Oak trees, plants, and open areas.

There is easy access to highway 580 and highway 13. Without traffic, downtown San Francisco is approximately a 20 minute drive. Fruitvale station is the closest BART station at a 10-minute drive. Bus number 54 connects the house to the BART station. An express bus to San Francisco is located approximately at a 20-minute walk. There are several local colleges and universities close by like Mills, Holy Names, Merritt College, and UC Berkeley. Redwood Regional park and other trails are on a walking distance along with a Redwood Heights community and recreation center. The center offers a bunch of yoga and art classes.

DETAILS:
The Master suite is $2200.00. Month-to-Month lease required.
PGE Utilities are split between roommates.
Water is split with house next door on the same property and we divide that by 3.
Internet and TV is currently AT&T and is split between roommates.
Application and security deposit of $2200.00 is required to move in.
