The home consist of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, large yard, full washer and dryer, spacious garage, free street parking along with driveway parking. Home is fully furnished along with full kitchen. We are located near parks, a beautiful walking trail, grocery stores like Safeway and Trader Joes, Outlet Mall, easy access to freeways and lots more.

Bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and has amazing natural light along with a large window that faces the cul de sac in front of the home. Room does not come furnished and closet has built in storage along with extra storage opportunities through out the home.

Current tenants are working professionals ages 24 and 27, both females who are easy going and respectful. There are currently 3 dogs living on site who are extremely well trained and are usually always with their owner. We hope to find someone long term, but may also have the option to leave after the lease is up late July.
We are looking for someone to move in between December 1st-January 1st and be able to provide credit check along with 1st and last months rent.
