Master Bedroom and Bath in West Oakland Townhouse

Looking for someone to fill a master bedroom w/ private bathroom in a three-bedroom townhouse. It’s been home for 6 years and I’d like to find the right fit for my housemates and make sure it’s in good hands when I move out :)

-Spacious room in modern West Oakland Townhouse with vaulted ceiling, lofted nook and large private bathroom
-The bedroom has a large closet and a window that brings in lots of natural light during the daytime
-The bedroom is located on the third floor along with one other bedroom. The second floor is an open living room/kitchen with a balcony perfect for reading in the sun and growing plants. The first floor has the other bedroom and a garage mostly used for storage space. The garage also has a washer/dryer,.
-The house is a block away from West Oakland BART, ~10 minute train ride to downtown SF
-5 minute walk to Mandela Food Co-op makes grocery shopping very convenient
-The house is home to 3 amazing housemates in their 20s and early 30s. They are looking to get a dog once I move out with mine, so dog friendly people are strongly preferred!
-$1500/month + utilities + $1000 deposit
-Available July 1st. Flexible lease terms but ideally looking for a year.
