Hello. The house is a duplex in Oakland at 698 30th st. The neighborhood is good. Ive been here for 4 years and had no break ins to the house or vehicle yet. Its a mix of cool diverse friendly people. Its with in short distance to freeway, bart, downtown. This 2 bed apt just got remodeled, you would be the 1st to live in it. The 2 rooms dont share a wall. Your room is 11ft x 9.5ft (its bigger then mine) with large closet. It is a ground floor unit.

The unit upstairs is almost done being remodeled. It should be done by the time you move in. Also there is 2 things will still need to be done:
1. Exterior work such as paint ont the outside of house.
2. Backyard deck will be installed.
So plz keep in mind that there will be debris, some workers around and occasional construction noise going on for a few months, for this reason I will knock off some money off of rent.

Super open minded, easy going, liberal, Respectful.
Even tho Ill be the master tenant we will both have equal say when it comes to matters concerning the house. Im all about compromise and meeting halfway.
