The available room is 120' (easily fits a queen bed with plenty of spare room) and a closet with plenty of hanging space.

Looking for one person only (sorry couples!). You'll be living with a very nice and down-to-earth female in her mid-20's, a laid back male in his early-40's, and fun semi-retired male in his late 40's. Everyone is very easy to get along with and keep the place tidy.
