Registered Nurse (work mid shift, 11 am - 11:30 pm), organized, kind, considerate, Bay Area raised, responsible, and fun-loving. Love cooking, reading, traveling, and music festivals. Have two adorable dachshund chihuahua mixes so, unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.

Beautiful newly renovated 1500 3 bedroom home! You would have you own unfurnished room, shared guest bathroom (I have my own bathroom in the master, this would just to share with guests we have over), and den/office to share. Room is 11'6" x 12'3". Laundry in unit and one parking spot in the driveway. Utilities (comcast, pg&e, water, trash) included!
Total deposit is $4000 (first + last + $500 cleaning deposit) and available after April 1st.
