Room in apatment

Private room on ground level or four bedroom apartment, private bathroom located on main floor. Shared media room on the ground level. Spacious kitchen and dining are on main floor with tons of natural light and high ceilings. Married couple with seven year old and two cats live in the two bedrooms on the main floor. We both work full-time or in school, but our time at home is mainly spent cooking, playing board and card games at the table, playing video games or karaoke in the media room, or hanging out in the back yard. The apartment is in a quadplex Victorian with a shared backyard and deck on the third floor. The backyard is cared for by the landlords and has a BBQ, lovely outdoor dining area, and beautiful plants. All tenants in the quadplex are respectful, working adults. Main landlord lives in one of the upper units and is extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartment is located on a relatively quiet block, within walking distance to two parks and a brewery. Street parking is pretty easy to come by, never have to park more than a half block to a block away. Looking for someone who is respectful to the home and tenants, respectful of personal and shared spaces, and a responsible working individual. Must be ok living with cats and a seven year old.
