One of our mini tribe is leaving us, so we are looking for someone to take over his lease (goes to end of May/June 1).
$1250/mos + $900 deposit, garage parking (only if your vehicle fits easily)
$35 non-refundable background check (so you know we are all legit).. too legit to quit.. Yeah, that just happened.
Utilities are split evenly, approximately $85/month (usually less)
We all have our own corners of the house, are all working and/or going to school. Love to cook and share (but not required), watch the meteor showers, do escape rooms, bike, hike, lounge on the beach, play board games or video games, watch shows/movies, and challenge each other on workouts. We have been having a good time even during these crazy world times, so if you are looking for a group to engage with we might be the right fit for you.
